Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy complies with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) mail-order rules and CPSC safety standards, ensuring fair handling of returns and exchanges for all our mattresses and furniture.

Eligibility Requirements


  • All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery for small furniture (coffee tables) and 60 days for large items (mattresses, bookshelves)—this includes a 30-day sleep trial period for all mattresses.
  • Products must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition:
    • Mattresses: Must be free of stains, tears, or indentations; original protective packaging or mattress bag is required. Mattresses used during the sleep trial are eligible for return as long as they are clean and undamaged.
    • Bookshelves & Coffee Tables: Must have intact finishes, no scratch marks, dents, or chips; all original hardware (screws, legs, shelves) and packaging must be included.
    • Customized Items: Products with custom modifications (e.g., adjusted shelf heights, rounded table edges) are only eligible for return/exchange if they have manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty shelf brackets, uneven table surfaces).

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Products with quality issues (e.g., sagging mattress cores, broken bookshelf brackets, cracked coffee table tops) or wrong deliveries (incorrect size, style, color) are eligible for full refunds or exchanges, with photo/video evidence required for verification.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items


  • Mattresses with stains, tears, or signs of misuse (e.g., burns, liquid damage).
  • Furniture that has been assembled and shows signs of wear (e.g., scratched coffee table tops, bent bookshelf frames).
  • Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" on the product page, e.g., clearance mattresses, discontinued bookshelf styles).
  • Customized furniture with non-quality-related issues (e.g., change of mind on shelf height, incorrect room measurement submissions).

Return & Exchange Process


  1. Submit Application: Contact our customer service team via phone or the website’s return portal, provide your order number, describe the issue, and upload photo/video evidence if applicable. We will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number if approved. Returns without an RA number will be rejected.
  2. Arrange Return Shipment:
    • Mattresses & Large Furniture: We will coordinate a professional pickup team to retrieve the item at a scheduled time (free of charge for defective/incorrect items; pickup fee applies for personal reason returns, including sleep trial returns).
    • Coffee Tables: Ship the item with original packaging to the designated U.S. return address using a trackable shipping service (prepaid label provided for defective items; customer covers cost for personal returns).

  3. Inspection & Processing: Our quality team inspects returned items within 3–5 business days to verify condition and compliance with policy.
    • Defective/Incorrect Items: Process a full refund (including original shipping/delivery fees) or exchange for the correct product, which will be delivered free of charge within 5–7 business days.
    • Personal Reason Returns (including sleep trial): Deduct a 15% restocking fee (to cover inspection, repackaging, and pickup costs) and issue a refund for the product price (shipping/delivery costs are non-refundable).

  4. Refund Completion: Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection approval.
