Shipping Coverage


We offer shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam). For large items (mattresses, tall bookshelves), delivery is limited to addresses with accessible entryways (elevator or ground-floor access preferred); additional fees apply for difficult deliveries (e.g., narrow staircases, high-rise buildings without elevators).

We recommend ordering large furniture 2–3 weeks before your desired delivery date to account for processing and transit time, and mattresses at least 1 week before needing them to start the sleep trial.

Order Tracking & Delivery Updates


  • Coffee Tables: After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and direct link to the courier’s website to monitor delivery status.
  • Mattresses & Bookshelves: We will send a delivery scheduling email 3–5 business days before processing completion, allowing you to select a convenient time slot. You will also receive a phone call from the delivery team 24 hours before arrival. For customized items, we send production update emails (e.g., "Mattress Cooling Gel Layer Added," "Bookshelf Shelf Height Adjusted").
  • You can view your order status by logging into your account on our website. If delivery is delayed by more than 3 business days, or if you have questions about scheduling, contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery Notes


  • Furniture Assembly: White-glove delivery includes professional assembly, unpacking, and removal of packaging materials (at your request). For mattresses, the team will also remove your old mattress (for an additional $29.99 fee, if requested).
  • Package Inspection: For large furniture and mattresses, inspect the item for damage (scratches, dents, tears) before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement.
  • Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), delivery timelines may be delayed by 2–3 business days. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
